Message 1st Annual Texas Z Party Itinerary
June 20th, 21st, and 22nd

Friday the 20th:
Meet for registration and dinner at Berryhill Baja Grill at 6:30 P.M. on scenic Loop 360. If you are not going to attend dinner and are camping at the lake, keep in mind the gates close at 9:00 P.M.

Saturday the 21st:
Meet 9:00 A.M. at the Y in Oak Hill for the drives, routes, and registration. The first run will depart at 9:30 A.M. and the second at 10:00 A.M.. We set these drive times so we can eat lunch and not have to rush back to the lake for those attending the drives. All routes will be handed out at the meet.
If you are not planning on a drive, plan on joining us at the lake as early as 9:00 A.M.
Please note to bring plenty of water, snacks, and lunches. We will have grills at the lake so you can BBQ your lunch as well. We will have water and ice but please bring back up supplies. Keep in mind this is summer at the lake so do not forget to bring your sunscreen or you will look like BBQ!
Note that the closest grocery store is thirty minutes away, so bring what you think you will need for the day. If needed, there are numerous convenience stores near the park. For those bringing children Tani’s Bouncy Castle will be there as well.
We will have raffle prizes and silent auction items available from Motorsport Auto, Yokahama Tires, Power Curve Dyno, and private donations benefiting Capital Area Food Bank. Please bring canned goods for the Capital Area Food Bank as well. Raffle and silent auction items will be awarded during trophy presentations starting between 5 and 6:00 P.M.
Dinner:
Catered dinner will be served from 4 to 8 P.M.
Saturday night will be a hang out and camp out so if you have not registered for camping please do so as soon as possible. Looks to be fun so bring your smores!

Sunday the 22nd:
The Blood Sweat and Gears go-kart challenge starts at 10:00 A.M. and ends 1:00 P.M. at the Iron Rock Raceway. We will meet at 4109 Todd Lane in the parking lot at 9:00 A.M. to caravan to the go-kart challenge. (This is the address where we had the Z party summit)
